Noah Blom is a lifelong Newport Beach resident, a loving husband, a proud father, a business owner and your Newport Beach City Councilmember.  He is running for reelection to keep our city a safe and thriving community for all.

 BUSINESS MINDED AND CITY DRIVEN

As a business owner of several restaurants, Noah understands, appreciates and is committed to Newport Beach being a great place to live, work, run a small business, and, of course, dine!

Noah uses his guiding principles of freedom and common sense to ensure Newport Beach remains a safe and prosperous place to live. Over the last four years, Noah worked tirelessly as your City Councilman and Mayor to preserve the high quality of life our residents enjoy and expect.

 PUBLIC SAFETY HAS ALWAYS BEEN PRIORITY

He prioritized public safety by hiring more police officers and firefighters to keep our community safe and create faster response times to your homes and businesses. He did this while balancing our city’s budget every single year with keeping his commitment to maintaining our harbor, roads, utilities and parks.

COMBATING HOMELESSNESS 

As Mayor, he enacted a City ordinance to tackle homelessness and approve upon our already robust approach. And he worked with his colleagues, city staff and local law enforcement to push back against extreme and unsafe policies coming from Sacramento.
